Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "turbo888" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at turbo888.lat, its operators, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on turbo888.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by you on the turbo888 platform.
• "Services" means all gaming products and services offered by turbo888, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and fishing games.
• "Funds" means the balance held in your turbo888 wallet, inclusive of deposited amounts and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bets, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Member under specific terms.
• "Platform" means the turbo888 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications.

Account Registration

To access and use turbo888's services, you must first register for a Member account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement — turbo888 does not permit users below this age to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporate entity for purposes of circumventing these terms.
• All personal information you submit during registration — including your full name, identity card number, date of birth, email address, and contact number — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.
• You are not a previously excluded or banned Member of turbo888, nor are you acting on behalf of such a person.
• You will maintain only one account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts and all associated funds will be terminated without notice.

turbo888 also reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole and absolute discretion. Account holders are personally responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

turbo888 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside turbo888's control.
• turbo888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your own name. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• turbo888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to verification checks. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your turbo888 account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown at the point of request. turbo888 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, eligible balances are available for withdrawal.
• turbo888 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of payment method, and proof of address.

Bonuses & Promotions

turbo888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Malaysian members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement). Unless stated otherwise, the default rollover is 10x the bonus amount. This must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in MYR and are non-transferable. They hold no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds are exhausted. Any winnings derived from bonus play are added to the bonus balance and remain subject to rollover conditions.
• turbo888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes retroactively applying changes to bonuses already claimed, where fraud or abuse is detected.
• Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to circumvent rollover conditions, or exploiting system errors — will have their bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are only available to Members who have made a qualifying deposit using an eligible payment method during the promotion period, unless the promotion is specifically designated as a no-deposit offer.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on turbo888's platform, across all game categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and fishing games:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. turbo888 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in circumstances where an obvious system error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. These limits may change at turbo888's discretion and without advance notice.
• turbo888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or prices resulting from technical errors, feed errors, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account.
• In sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport or market, as published on the platform.
• turbo888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or event. Technical disruptions may occur and the platform reserves the right to suspend any product temporarily or permanently.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the turbo888 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering: Using turbo888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. turbo888 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino games, or peer-to-peer betting markets.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to interact with the platform, gain unfair advantages, or harvest data.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of turbo888's promotions or betting markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after depositing funds on turbo888. turbo888 will pursue recovery of funds and may take legal action.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt turbo888's systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the turbo888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of turbo888 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the turbo888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content.
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or pricing for purposes outside of personal use.
• Any derivative use of the platform or its content.
• Any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of a third party.

The turbo888 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of turbo888. Unauthorised use of any turbo888 trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turbo888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in platform content or game outcomes resulting from technical faults or data feed interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond turbo888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server downtime, third-party payment failures, or acts of God.
• Any financial losses arising from your participation in gaming activities on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion.

Where turbo888's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian or international law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your turbo888 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

turbo888 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which turbo888 operates its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration bodies designated by turbo888.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as outlined under turbo888's gaming licence terms. turbo888's decision on all gaming disputes — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status — shall be final, unless an independent adjudicator determines otherwise.
